DeAnna and Brennan finally are on their way to China. They arrived at the airport way early this morning (for a 6 AM departure)... the plane boarded, and they sat on the plane for quite a while. The last text I got from her was at 7:03 Eastern time that they are now about to take off.
If I did my calculations correct I am expecting to get a text from her between 11 and 12 pm tonight (central time) letting me know they are safely in Hong Kong. They then have a six hour layover before the final plane. They should be there FINALLY tomorrow morning. I'm sure they will be happy for some clean clothes soon. Apparently Monday is a Chinese Holiday... they will be getting sweet Kate on Tuesday!
