Should be home today...

We loved the ducks.  Can you find the one that is different?  Yep- a chicken has been “adopted” by a bunch of ducks. J

~~ WELCOME HOME ~~
Tonight as you lie sleeping
For the first time in your bed,
There must be something lasting
And profound that should be said.
But as your face is gazed upon
Framed by your soft hair
No words can tell or quite express
The feelings that we share.
The wait is finally over
You’re home, at last, to stay.
And there will always be the memories
Of the joy that filled this day.
With a love that’s running over
By the sight of you alone
Welcome home, dear cherished one,
At long last … welcome home!

Kate’s new dress and new shoes that she picked out.  She even had to wear her new shoes to the pool today.

1:35 PM Sunday, June 19th, I just received a text from my sister. They are back in the USA! Now they have a long layover until their
arrival in Raleigh, NC.

5:15 PM central time I received the following message from Dee:

We’re getting ready to board.  Brennan was a huge help last night but the lounge wasn’t even an option because the Continental desk was closed in Hong Kong so we couldn’t get our boarding passes to go to the departures area where the lounges are…  we all slept on the floor.  It wasn’t too bad.  The kids are doing great and everything is on time so far!
